Refund policy

At APDMDesigns, all items are made to order through a print-on-demand process.  Because each product is created specifically for you, we have the following return policy in place.

Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size or color
  • Ordering the wrong item
  • Personal preference after delivery

However, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund if:

  •  Your item arrives damaged
  •  Your item is defective     
  •  You received the wrong item

To report report an issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  •  Your order number
  •  Clear photos of the issue
  •  Photos of the packaging

Requests submitted after 7 days may not be eligible for resolution.

Damaged  or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery

with photos of :

  • The damaged item
  • The packaging
  • The shipping label

Once verified, we will issue a replacement or refund at no addition cost minus the shipping cost.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale:

  • All made-to-order print-on-demand products
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Items returned without prior approval
  • Items damaged due to improper care or handling after delivery.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are Non-Refundable
  • Refunds are typically processed within 10-15 business days after approval.
